That is right! The first beta weekend for Guild Wars 2 has been announced for those of us who have pre-purchased the game. The announcement was made on the Guild Wars 2 Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/GuildWars2) which I would advise you like and follow to keep updated!

Fortitudo Vocat Nos Courage Calls Us Welcome to Arcadia, a Guild Wars 2 guild that upon launch will be competing in both PVE and PVP events and hope to make an impact on our chosen world. Its run by a group of friends, and as such we offer a fun and social experience. Be sure to apply to the guild, so that upon the games release you will be immersed in the game with a group of friends to help you! Steps to joining: - Click the 'apply to guild' button, and follow the instructions to send in an application - Check your email over the next day or two (we will try to reply promptly) and you will receive an email saying whether you have been accepted or not - If you have been accepted, follow the instructions on the email to create a full account! - Please fill out the application concisely and correctly! It takes time for us to approve them, and you may not be approved if the app isn't filled out fully!
